How to request deletion of your personal data

Your Right to Data Deletion

Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held by LLMPerfume Trading (SSM 202603043322 / TR0337358-X).

What Data We Store

When you interact with our website or make a purchase, we may store:

  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Specify whether you want full deletion or partial deletion (e.g., keep order history for warranty purposes)
  4. We will verify your identity before processing the request

Processing Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 2 business days of receiving your request
  • Identity Verification: 1-3 business days
  • Data Deletion: Within 14 business days after verification
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming the deletion

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain data may be retained as required by Malaysian law:

  • Tax Records: Transaction records required for tax compliance (retained for 7 years)
  • Legal Obligations: Data required to comply with legal proceedings or regulatory requirements
  • Fraud Prevention: Minimal data retained to prevent fraudulent activity

Third-Party Data

If you used third-party services to interact with us, you may need to request deletion separately:

  • HitPay: Payment data is managed by HitPay. Contact HitPay for payment data deletion.
  • Google Sign-In: Revoke access via your Google Account settings.
