LLMPerfume (DET License: 1607995) is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are provided for purchases made on www.llmperfume.ae.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged or defective
  • The item received is different from what was ordered
  • The order was not delivered within the estimated timeframe
  • The product is unopened and returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used fragrances (due to hygiene regulations)
  • Products with broken or missing seals
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

Refund Process

  2. Return the Item: Ship the item back in its original packaging
  3. Inspection: We inspect the returned item within 2 business days of receipt
  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express): Refunded to the original card. May take 5-14 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Apple Pay: Refunded to the original Apple Pay account within 3-5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery: Refunded via bank transfer within 5 business days.

Return Shipping

LLMPerfume offers free returns on all orders. Return shipping is covered by LLMPerfume regardless of the reason for return.
