Product Information

Product Condition

All perfumes sold by LLMPerfume are brand new and delivered in their original manufacturer packaging. We feature collections from Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf, Zimaya, Maison Alhambra, Ard Al Zaafaran, and Grandeur.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations may occur due to:

• Photography: Colour differences caused by lighting or display settings
• Packaging: Manufacturer updates to design or labels
• Formulations: Minor adjustments by fragrance houses

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including stock issues or payment irregularities
• Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email address

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Cash on Delivery
• Currency: All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED)
• Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Failed Payments: Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

• Free Shipping: Free shipping on all orders across the UAE
• Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
• Same-Day Delivery: Available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman

Returns and Refunds

Return Period: 30 days from delivery

Condition: Only unopened products with intact seals may be returned

Return Shipping: Free — return shipping is covered by LLMPerfume

Process: Please contact us to request return authorization

Refund Time: 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
