Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unopened and in original packaging
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and seals intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances
- Products with broken seals
- Items missing original packaging
- Personalized or specially requested items
Refund Method
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunded to the original card
- FPX / E-Wallet: Refunded to the original payment account
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Return Methods
- Drop-off: Return your item at our drop-off location
- By mail: Ship the item back using the prepaid return label
Return Shipping
We offer free returns — return shipping is covered by LLMPerfume regardless of the reason for return.

Get Approval
Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization within 24 hours.
Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to our return address provided.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

LLMPerfume covers all return shipping costs. Returns are free regardless of the reason — whether the item is defective, incorrect, or you simply changed your mind.
