Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the LLMPerfume website, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.

Product Information

Product Sourcing

All fragrances offered by LLMPerfume are sourced directly from the manufacturers and their authorized distributors, including Lattafa, Afnan, Armaf, Zimaya, Maison Alhambra, Ard Al Zaafaran, and Grandeur. Products are delivered in original manufacturer packaging.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications. However, variations may occur due to:

• Photography: Colour differences caused by lighting or display settings
• Packaging: Manufacturer updates to design or labels
• Formulations: Minor adjustments by fragrance houses

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

• Orders are subject to availability and confirmation
• We may cancel or decline orders for reasons including stock issues or payment irregularities
• Order confirmations will be sent to the registered email address

Payment Terms

• Accepted Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, GrabPay PayLater, ShopeePay, ShopBack PayLater
• Currency: All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
• Payment Gateway: All transactions are processed securely through HitPay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway
• Failed Payments: Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment cannot be completed

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Applicable for orders RM200 and above
• Standard Shipping: From RM 6.34 (J&T Express, SPX Xpress, Lazada Express, Poslaju, DHL eCommerce)
• Premium Tracking: From RM 7.00 via Tracking.my (Pos Malaysia, J&T Express)
• Same-Day Delivery: Lalamove in Klang Valley (from RM 10)
• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within Peninsular Malaysia
• East Malaysia: Estimated 3–7 business days

Returns and Refunds

Return Period: 30 days from delivery

Condition: Only unopened products with intact seals may be returned

Return Shipping: Free — return shipping is covered by LLMPerfume

Process: Please contact us to request return authorization

Refund Time: 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Limitation of Liability

LLMPerfume is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law.
